About the Position
NorthWest Senior & Disability Services (NWSDS) is seeking a
Senior Human Resources Analyst to join our Human
Resources team. This position provides advanced, professional-level HR
services and serves as a key partner to management in supporting
employee relations, labor relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional

What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
- Provide expert guidance to managers and staff on employee
relations, performance management, and workplace issues
- Conduct and support workplace investigations and recommend
appropriate actions
- Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements, employment
laws, and agency policies
- Participate in labor relations activities, including grievance
resolution and collective bargaining
- Administer and support leave programs, ADA accommodations, and HR
compliance functions
- Develop and deliver training on HR topics and workplace best practices
- Research, analyze, and recommend improvements to HR policies,
procedures, and processes
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure
compliance and effective service delivery
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong experience in employee relations and labor relations,
preferably in a unionized environment
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Ability to interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements
- Experience conducting workplace investigations
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in complex situations
- Proficiency with HR systems and standard business software
