Experience and Skills:
Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience
Any equivalent combination of education and experience, which
demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform
the job will be considered; however, the following is preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field
- Plus 3 or more years of social services experience, working in a
similar capacity with vulnerable populations, 1 of which should be
in a supervisory or lead role
- Experience supervising staff and volunteers
- Ability to secure and maintain a valid Oregon driver’s license, or
an acceptable alternative means of transportation
- Successfully complete a background check
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role involves high public contact, frequent travel and hybrid
environment, splitting time between professional office and outdoor
community sites.
